From the warm welcome by the staff to the comfortable rooms, every detail was perfect. the location near the Queen Victoria Building and Sydney CBD made exploring the city a breeze. the thoughtful amenities and friendly service enhanced our experience, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and memorable stay in Sydney. the only downside was the lack of a heater in the room, but that was easily overlooked given all the other positives.
